Mall return instructions

Thank you for choosing the mall! To protect your rights, we offer return services. The following are the return instructions, please read them carefully:

1、 Return Policy

You have the right to apply for an unconditional return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the return is due to quality issues, we will bear the return shipping cost; If the return is due to personal reasons, you will need to bear the return shipping cost.

Please ensure that the product has not been used, damaged, worn or lost, and keep the original packaging, labels, accessories, and gifts intact. Otherwise, it may affect the return review.

We will not be able to provide return services if: a) the product has exceeded the return period; b) The goods are artificially damaged, lost, or contaminated; c) The product does not match the description of the return request; d) The product has been processed for return and exchange.

2、 Return process

Log in to the mall account, enter the "Order Center", select the order that needs to be returned, and click "Apply for Return".

Fill in the return information according to the prompts, upload pictures of the returned goods, confirm the reason for the return and the party responsible for the return shipping cost.

After submitting the return request, we will review your application within 24 hours. After approval, please return the goods according to the return address provided by the system.

The return shipping fee should be reimbursed using a formal invoice or receipt from the courier company. Please indicate the order number, quantity, value, and other information of the returned goods on the delivery note.

After receiving the return, we will conduct a quality inspection. If there are no issues, we will process a refund for you within 3 working days. The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original method.

3、 Precautions

To protect your rights, please do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product without authorization. If you have any questions, please contact us promptly.
