隐私政策

本政策适用于提供网址服务的运营主体及客户端服务可能存在的运营关联单位，我们致力于维护您对我们的信任，恪守以下原则，保护您的个人信息：权责一致原则、目的明确原则、选择同意原则、最少够用原则、确保安全原则、主体参与原则、公开透明原则等。同时，我们承诺，我们将按业界成熟的安全标准，采取相应的安全保护措施来保护您的个人信息。

注册登录完成即代表您同意本隐私政策，请在使用我们的产品(或服务)前，仔细阅读并了解本《隐私政策》。

本条款包括以下内容：

1. 我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息以及调用权限声明

个人信息是指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。我们仅会出于本条款所述的以下目的，收集和使用您的个人信息：

1.1. 为您提供软件使用服务所需要的个人信息

注册成为用户

为完成注册账号，您需提供以下信息：您的手机号码、邮箱或者微信QQ授权信息。上述信息，将在您使用本服务期间持续授权我们使用。您也可以在不注册的情况下使用我们的部分次要服务,但是我们主要服务需要您注册才能享受。除手机号码、邮箱或者微信QQ授权信息，其他涉及个人敏感信息的数据：姓名、性别、出生日期、身高、体重、地区，为非必要信息，由您自行决定是否填写，如填写相关信息，即表示您同意我们获取您的个人信息，如果您不提供这些信息，将不会影响使用本服务的基本功能。所获取您的个人信息仅作为内部数据汇总及分析，见1.13。

上述信息将存储于中华人民共和国境内。如需跨境传输，我们将会单独征得您的授权同意。

1.2. 访问设备网络信息的权限

使用场景：获取设备的网络连接状态，来判断功能是否可用，如设备未连接网络，则注册、登录、获取设备记录功能均无法使用。

1.3. 访问设备WiFi信息的权限

使用场景：获取设备的WiFi状态信息，如设备未连接网络，且未打开WiFi，则注册、登录、获取设备记录功能均无法使用。

1.4. 打开网络Socket的权限

使用场景：您在使用服务期间，使用注册、登录，产品使用记录，产品状态信息传输功能时。数据的传输需要打开网络的Socket权限，否则您在使用服务过程中产生的数据信息无法保存记录。

1.5. 使用Service.startForeground的权限

使用场景：提供应用正在进行的服务在此状态下向您显示的通知，在通知栏显示正在使用服务的行为状态。

1.6. 获取手机号码、设备标识信息的权限

使用场景：获取您的手机号码（主动提供），手机号码用于您在使用服务之前进行注册登录。

1.7. 使用蓝牙和蓝牙管理权限

使用场景：服务需要获取设备的蓝牙权限，通过蓝牙与设备配对，搜索连接XFT的产品设备，通过蓝牙将数据传输给其他设备，并从其他设备获取数据。

1.8. 获取位置权限

使用场景：Android系统的蓝牙使用需要获取位置权限。

将在将软件中的功能通过社交软件分享给其他主体或者个人时，分享过程中会访问共享集合中保留的任何地理位置，请查看1.14的内容。

1.9. 获取拨打电话权限

使用场景：用于您需要主动直接拨打客服电话，而不用通过拨号程序拨打。拨打客服电话需要您的主动操作。如您不同意此项授权，则不会调用相关拨打电话操作。

1.10. 通讯录、短信权限

使用场景：当您在服务中使用拨打客服电话时，需要获取通讯录权限；当您在使用用户注册、忘记密码操作时，会接收短信验证码，短信验证码用于用户信息注册和重置密码的验证，服务需要获取短信权限。

此部分权限如您不授权，不影响其他服务的使用。

1.11. 本地数据的读取和写入权限

使用场景：为防止您每次使用服务时都重新登录，您的登录信息和登录状态将会写入到本地数据，下次打开时读取本地数据的登录信息自动登录，当您在账号管理页面注销登录相关数据会被删除。

用户设置和更改头像时会将相关图片文件写入本地数据，展示用户头像时会读取图片文件。以上数据和文件也会上传至服务器保存。

1.12. 拍照和获取相册信息权限

使用场景：在发布帖子，评论帖子，评论文章

This policy applies to the operational entities providing website services and potential operational affiliated units of client services. We are committed to maintaining your trust in us and adhering to the following principles to protect your personal information: the principle of consistency of rights and responsibilities, the principle of clear purpose, the principle of consent, the principle of minimum sufficiency, the principle of ensuring security, the principle of subject participation, and the principle of openness and transparency. Meanwhile, we promise to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with mature industry security standards. By completing registration and login, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using our products (or services). This clause includes the following content: 1 How do we collect and use your personal information and call permission statements? Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person's identity or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either individually or in combination with other information. We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this clause: 1.1 To provide you with the personal information required for software usage services and register as a user, you need to provide the following information: your mobile phone number, email, or WeChat QQ authorization information. The above information will continue to be authorized for our use during your use of this service. You can also use some of our secondary services without registering, but our primary services require you to register in order to enjoy them. Except for mobile phone number, email, or WeChat QQ authorization information, other sensitive personal information such as name, gender, date of birth, height, weight, and region are non essential information that you can decide whether to fill in or not. If you fill in relevant information, it means that you agree to our access to your personal information. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functions of using this service. The personal information obtained from you is only for internal data summary and analysis, see 1.13. The above information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If cross-border transmission is required, we will obtain your authorization and consent separately. 1.2.  Usage scenario for accessing device network information: Obtain the network connection status of the device to determine whether the function is available. If the device is not connected to the network, the registration, login, and device record functions cannot be used. 1.3.  Usage scenario for accessing device WiFi information: Obtain device WiFi status information. If the device is not connected to the network and WiFi is not turned on, the registration, login, and device record functions cannot be used. 1.4.  Usage scenario for opening network socket permissions: During the service period, when using registration, login, product usage records, and product status information transmission functions. The transmission of data requires opening the network's Socket permission, otherwise the data information generated during the use of the service cannot be saved. 1.5.  Scenario for using Service.startForeground permissions: Provide notifications to you of the service being used by the application in this state, and display the behavior status of the service being used in the notification bar. 1.6.  Access to mobile phone number and device identification information usage scenario: Obtain your mobile phone number (provided proactively), which is used for you to register and log in before using the service. 1.7.  Usage scenario for Bluetooth and Bluetooth management permissions: The service requires obtaining Bluetooth permissions for the device, pairing with the device through Bluetooth, searching for product devices connected to XFT, transmitting data to other devices through Bluetooth, and obtaining data from other devices. 1.8.  Usage scenario for obtaining location permissions: Bluetooth usage in Android systems requires obtaining location permissions. When sharing the functions of the software with other entities or individuals through social media, access will be made to any geographical locations reserved in the shared collection during the sharing process. Please refer to the content in section 1.14. 1.9.  Usage scenario for obtaining call making permission: Used when you need to actively call customer service instead of using a dial-up program. Calling customer service requires your proactive action. If you do not agree to this authorization, the relevant call operation will not be called. 1.10.  Scenario of using contact list and SMS permissions: When you use to make customer service calls in the service, you need to obtain contact list permissions; When you use user registration or forget password operations, you will receive a SMS verification code, which is used for verifying user information registration and resetting passwords. The service needs to obtain SMS permission. If you do not grant this permission, it will not affect the use of other services. 1.11.  Usage scenario for local data read and write permissions: To prevent you from logging in again every time you use the service, your login information and status will be written to the local data. The next time you open it, the login information for reading local data will be automatically logged in. When you log out and log in on the account management page, the relevant data will be deleted. When users set and change their avatars, relevant image files will be written to local data, and when displaying their avatars, image files will be read. The above data and files will also be uploaded to the server for storage. 1.12.  Usage scenarios for taking photos and obtaining album information permissions: posting posts, commenting on posts, and commenting on articles
